Terms.

Please read the following carefully as it serves as a contractual agreement between you ("You," "you," "Your," "your") and PERSIAN WORSHIPERS OF CHRIST ("Persian Worshipers of Christ," "We," "we," "Our," "our," "Us," "us") and applies to your use of our website, PWOCC.ORG, its information and/or services ("Services," "services") offered to you by Persian Worshipers of Christ. By accessing PWOCC.ORG, using the information and/or services offered through PWOCC.ORG, or making donations, you are agreeing to be bound to our Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations and also agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

Persian Worshipers of Christ grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to view the Materials displayed on PWOCC.ORG solely for your personal and non-commercial use. All information and services offered through PWOCC.ORG are provided by Persian Worshipers of Christ and may only be used for your personal and lawful purposes. PWOCC.ORG is a website that offers information and services for members of our congregation and interested parties in our community and elsewhere. Our main purpose and intent is to provide information and services, that if applied and used correctly, may help to enable spiritual growth, provide comfort for those in need, provide guidance to troubled individuals and make available counseling in family matters, employment and health issues.

Prohibited Use of Our Information and Services.

Once you have received the information and/or services from us, you agree that you will not attempt to re-sell them or transfer them to another person or entity.

While using our information and/or services, it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not provide any personal identifiable information that may breach your privacy such as your home address, driver's license number, social security number, credit card numbers and/or bank account information. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Persian Worshipers of Christ, our respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, agents, third-party content providers or licensors from any claims resulting from the use of our information and/or services.

Harassment in any manner or form through your use of our information and/or services is strictly forbidden. Use of our information and/or services to bully, harass, impersonate, invade, torture, conduct libelous acts, defame, slander and/or conduct activities that are considered to be an invasion of privacy or publicity rights upon any person and/or company is prohibited.

Any visitor found to be impersonating, invading, tortuous, libelous, defamatory, slanderous, hateful, racist, bigoted and/or suspected of any harassing or "cyber-bullying" activities will be blocked. Donations.

When you confirm to make a donation through PWOCC.ORG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to complete that transaction. You agree to supply appropriate payment for the donation as agreed upon by invoice.

When you make donations to us by using a credit card, you confirm that you are authorized to use that account and that you agree to our payment processor's PayPal User Agreement as well as to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card and/or PayPal account has sufficient funds to complete the transaction and that you have read through PayPal's "Review Your Payment" page and agree to the total donation amount, which may include fees, before completing the transaction.

If the donation you send to us is placed on hold or selected for review by the bank issuing your credit card or PayPal, our payment processor, your donation will be received when we have been notified that your payment has been cleared. If your donation is cancelled, our payment processor, PayPal, will return the funds to you and this signifies that your donation with us has been cancelled. If you are still interested in making a donation, you will need to begin the transaction process again.

If your donation results in an overdraft or other fee from your credit card, bank or PayPal, you agree that you will not hold Persian Worshipers of Christ Church, our respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, agents, third-party content providers or licensors liable for any bank or PayPal charges that may occur from making a donation.

Refund Policy.

We do not provide refunds once your donation has been received (verifiable through PayPal receipt of confirmation). Refunds will not be issued in the event that you decide to cancel donations that have already been agreed upon. Donations are non-refundable.

Should you file a claim or dispute through your bank or our payment processor PayPal against Persian Worshipers of Christ you are liable for any charges, charge back fees, attorney and/or legal fees that may result from the investigation conducted by your bank or PayPal.

Limitations of Liability.
