About Persian Worshipers of Christ Church

We are a young church with a big vision located in West Hills, California, in the northwest suburbs of Los Angeles County. We primarily serve the Persian community in the San Fernando Valley.

The majority of our church members come from non-Christian backgrounds (mostly Muslims) who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

This church operates under the umbrella of Vanguard Peacemakers. For more information about Vanguard Peacemakers, click here or visit www.vanguardpeacemakers.org.

Our Mission

As mentioned, the majority of our church members have a non-Christian background (Muslim, Baha'i, Jewish, etc.) who have accepted Jesus Chris as their Lord and Savior. It comes without saying that it requires a lot of time, education, bravery and sometimes miracles for a non-Christian to become Christian. We hear amazing prophesies from our church members about how Jesus changed their lives and how they were reborn after meeting Jesus or seeing His miracles which made them accept Him as their God.

Our pastor comes from a Muslim background (click here to read about our pastor). He fully understands the challenges that a Muslim faces when they think about becoming a Christian and all the questions that non-Christians have about The Trinity. Therefore, it takes extra effort from our ministry to embrace, educate, love and understand our Muslim community and to give them the courage that our Lord Jesus Christ promises and to make them understand that whoever accepts Jesus, will be considered His child and therefore protected.

Currently, we have limited activities mainly because we do not have a place of our own. We share/rent our location (click here for map of 7475 Fallbrook Avenue) with other churches and therefore we have limited hours of operation. We hold part of our activities (such as meetings, bible studies, prayer night, couples' night and church choir training) in the homes of our members.
